Bookings

All Online Bookings require a $50 non-refundable booking that will be deductible upon treatment.
48 hours cancellation or change of appointment notice is required to transfer the deposit to a new booking.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfication of treatment results. You will be thoroughly consented for the treatment, including expectations and financial obligations.

Health

Please do not attend if you have a current active infection (including current or recent coldsore), taking antibiotics, are generally unwell or have a Covid positive person in your household. You must also wait 2 weeks after a Covid infection or vaccination. Deposits will be transferred to a different appointment in these circumstances. Your honesty is appreciated.
With no exceptions will we administer injectables to clients under the age of 18 or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. You may be suitable for certain dermal treatments, however a consultation is required prior to ascertain this.

Before & After Photos

You will be required to have photographs taken as part of your treatment record. We may not be able to treat you if you decline these photos. It will be optional if you consent for us to use your photos for marketing purposes eg. Instagram. It is certainly appreciated however!
